Rollator works great in tight places, turns on a dime and seat is helpful when too tired to walk. Only negative is the brakes broke right away. Plastic brake levers are not a reasonable material to make brake levers out of.

the right wheel shimmies violently. I have to stop walking to get it to stop. Tried to tighten the screws above the pivot point but the screw head stripped.

De rollator voldoet aan de specs die ik zocht, qua gewicht, breedte, hoogte, en wielmaat. In het gebruik lopen alle bouten en boutjes los, die moet je dus zelf weer terugplaatsen, nu met loctite. En het zitgedeelte pakt maar minimaal, dus tijdens het lopen tordeert het hele apparaat. Ik zou hem dus nooit adviseren, als je niet zelf heel handig bent met repareren en verbeteren

I bought this walker for my 94 year old mother. It seemed to working fine, but she began complaining the when she sits on it that the bolts on the arms dig into her legs/thighs -and she is not a large person at 170# or so. Last week in the middle of the night I was awakened by screams for help from my mother. When I got to her she was laying on the floor about a foot from her bed and the walker was leaning on her. I found that one of the wheels snapped and broke causing her to fall. Apparently the walker is not designed well if the plastic leg snapped like it did. Fortunately, no major injuries. Just a swollen hand where she hit the floor. IF you have an older person in your life this may not be the walker for them.

The brake cables became detached from the handles, a poor engineering design!

Achat d'un déambulateur le 13/12/2024 pour mon père. En aout 2025, le système de frein par simples mâchoires est défectueux, je demande une réparation le 22/09/2025, après avoir promis un changement de cadre ils n'ont plus jamais répondu à mes demandes et messages. A ce jour (26/11/2025) mon père est décédé et je n'ai eu aucune réparation de ce déambulateur alors sous garantie. Conclusion : marchand à fuir absolument !

Cet article est arrivé il y a un mois environ chez moi dans un emballage parfaitement intact. Je vous l'ai aussitôt signalé, photo à l'appui. J'attend depuis le remboursement et les modalités de retour de l'article défectueux. Je ne reçois que des mails parlant de tickets ??? Totalement INSATISFAIT je lance des démarches pour que vous executiez correctement votre APRES VENTE.
