The Rollator is a very solid product. I rolls and turns as expected. The storage bag is huge and the seat comfortable. The most outstanding feature is the ability to fold together and put into a vehicle easily. Nice product!

Amazing and easy to use. Mom loves it and now dad wants one so I ordered him the wheelchair and walker in one.

Bonjour, Votre déambulateur est très bien mais il y a un hic : il est livré à des personnes très âgées (ma mère a 94 ans) le plus souvent seules (je vis à 700 km d'elle) avec des boulons qui ne sont pas serrés du tout! A sa première sortie deux roues se sont mises en croix!

The strap that goes across the seat broke. This strap is needed when you need to fold up the walker.

Feststellbremse ist einseitig defekt und das lässt sich offensichtlich auch nicht reparieren. Mir selber wäre das noch egal gewesen aber die Dame die ihn benutzen soll kommt damit nicht klar deshalb Fahrzeug zurück, habe den Kaufpreis problemlos erstattet bekommen. Ansonsten ein hochwertiges Gerät, stabile Verarbeitung, sieht mit dem Ferrarirot toll aus und die wirklich großen Räder sind perfekt wenn der Untergrund mal nicht so perfekt ist. Wegen der einseitig defekten Feststellbremse kann ich leider keine 5 Sterne vergeben.

Screws keep getting loose and sometimes the nut fall off. I lost three of them and replaced them with some I had at home. I am disappointed with this product.

Beware of customer (dis)service. This rollator lost 2 screws and collapased while my 92 year old mother was using it. I requested return, repair,replacement information. 12 days and 10 automated emails later, still no resolution. My Mom liked the walker and would have bought another, if not for the customer (dis)service.

We really like the walker. The design makes it a lot easier to use in the yard or on our walks, the wheels go over the terrain better, it folds up and loads in vehicle easy and takes up less room.... However within the first week 2 screws fell out of seat area and a part from a wheel brake fell off...
