Got a great deal on it. And it gets shipped but never gets to my house. Unsure if they didn’t want to honor the price because I never got a reahipment. Instead I got a refund and I’m sorry u didn’t get it. But no discount code to get the box reshipped got sorry we are going to send a new one. No hey we are sorry for the inconvenience, here is a small refund and we will resend it out. Nothing. Just sorry we can’t help. Reorder but when I looked at trying to do that price was much higher. I went got me an apache at harbor freight. Probably not as good but much much cheaper. I’d still be willing to accept the VEVOR AND change my review. But for now. This sucks.

I have a pair of PT92s with 17-round magazines, but they don't fit in the slots provided in the case. Has anyone figured out how to fit them in?

This case is not as good as the more expensive competitors but it’ll My main gripe is, if you have arthritis of the fingers, you’ll have a hard time snapping the locks open and pulling the mags out because it is really tight with single bank mags. I’m not sure how you use double bank mags with this! The closing of the lid has some uneven resistance which contorts the lid and you’ll need 2 hands to get it to seal properly before you can snap it locked! Overall compared to my Condition1 case is a 7/10 rating!

Great quality just disappointing that it didn’t come precut as ordered.

Wasn't precut as depicted in video, you still have to cut foam for your pistols ...I could have got a similar box cheaper at H.F.

I ordered a pre-cut gun case, I got the case seems sturdy but it was NOT pre-cut as I ordered, I tried to find a number to voice my concerns but none could be found. Today they asked me to leave a review so I hope this is my chance to express my concerns and disappointment. I have not ripped into the foam in hope to replace it with the pre-cut foam I ordered. I have been a client of Vevor for years and made many purchase. On a recent purchase the item description and pictures appear to be incorrect and therefore the item does not meet my minimum needs. I requested a simple return and Vevor responded with basically what appeared to be the process for a hostage negotiation. All I requested was the return shipping label which they have refused to provide. They are also either not responding to my email requests or are delaying their responses. Additionally, they are sending me requests for reviews but then the URL shows 'not available.' I have no idea what is going on, but will apparently, I will need to dispute my charges through PayPal. Very unfortunate they have taken a simple return and made it a difficult process.

The inner liner is definately not accurately designed. Very tight in pistol slots and don't even think about leaving a trigger lick on. Mag slots are definatly pleantifull but for single stack 22lr. I had to cut mine up a lot for 9mm single and double stack mags. Its made very well but the dimensioning 8s def8natelt not for standard handgun and mag sizes.
