Really nice rifle case at a fantastic price. The only 50" case you can find cheaper is at HF when they put their's on sale. This case is a bit lighter than theirs, but is just as good overall. In fact this one has 2 more latches on either end, and comes with a 2nd sheet of customizable foam inside vs one in other brands. So you can make 2 separate custom layers inside the case. Hard cases like these offer much better protection than rifle bags, and the precut foam allows you to get the perfect fit for your rifle. Once you pluck out all of the squares, I highly suggest spraying both sides of the foam with plasti dip. This causes the remaining blocks to fuse and stay permanently in place. That way you don't have blocks eventually falling off over time. Overall this is an excellent bargain on a very nice rifle case!

This case seems to be as good as any similar size case selling for hundreds of dollars more. And it has the “extras” like wheels and 6 sturdy lid clamps.

Use this to store my 308 rifle. Extremely good case for the price. easily better than alot of the $300 cases on the local sporting goods stores.

Ok, but just ok. For the price I paid, the quality of this item is on par for that $77.99 price (plus tax and free shipping). That being said, there is NO WAY that this compares to pelican or even the Harbour freight versions of this type of case. Realistically, this case comes in third behind the Harbour case and pelicans #1. But then that just proves, you get what you pay for. Now, is this case good quality, yes. The foam lining is very good, but, the outer shell is not as nice as the Harbour and not even close to compare to the pelican. Read carefully where it says CRUSH RESISTANT, NOT CRUSH PROOF. And pay attention to the photo in the listing, it doesn't show how big the person is that's standing on it. My guess, he's either a little kid or very thin, short man. You can literally push down the top of this case by hand and it will start to crush down. Also, when you do that, you can hear air escaping out. Which means there really no need to have an air pressure valve on this case because it is NOT air tight. All the hardware seams to be pretty good quality. The latches have a nice crisp snap closure to them, the handles are very sturdy and the wheels work well too. Now, for $77.99, this case is FANTASTIC and certainly worth that price. It will serve its purpose well. And that purpose is to keep my firearms safely locked up & put out of the reach of my grandkids when they come to visit

I use these on my roof rack to hold camping gear. At three months of use they have held up pretty well. They keep everything dry and in place. I would give them 5 stars. But they need a latch at each end. I have noticed over the last week or so, the ends have raised a little. Still weather tight, but for how long? All in all they are great at a quarter the cost of other hard containers I have shoped. Sturdy, and they stand up to the beating they take from tree limbs and weather. I will be buying two more soon.

Pretty good case, does not fully close all the way around, which makes me think it may not be fully waterproof. I plan on using it just as a storage case for indoor so it shouldn’t be a problem.
