This is a great 4 burner unit! Fit our need perfect! Perfect condition and easy to hook up! It is in a restaurant kitchen

Works great except i had to make a gasket for it, the burner did not have one

This burner has been a huge pain. The instructions for converting to propane were extremely unclear and we have been unable to use half the burner due to no longer having the propane nozzles that came with the product. Not only that, but this burner generates enormous amounts of black soot everywhere. The bottoms and sides of my pot, the burner grates, my hands, arms, clothing – everything is covered in black ash whenever I cook or wash the cookware. It is a nightmare. I asked Vevor for replacement nozzles and those were promised but never came. I then asked for a full replacement and, I kid you not, I have been asked 4 or 5 separate times whether I'd like a replacement or refund. The answer has been the same. every time and I don't know why they can't just read English properly and send me the replacement I want. Customer service with this product has been a nightmare and I have not had a functioning stove for my food truck for over a month and a half. I have tried many emails and even the chat function. I've been a loyal Vevor fan for a while but this really has been a nightmare.

Un desastre. La instalé y resulta que solo funcionaba un fuego. Después de 2 semanas de técnicos resulta que los inyectores tienen el agujero muy gordo y aunque regulemos el gas que entra, solo funcionan dos y a media potencia. Hay que cambiarlos y vienen con la cocina, el problema está con el servicio técnico de Vevor. Cuando intentas conectar con ellos solo hay un botón que tarda 10 mins en contestar a una simple pregunta. Luego te derivan a una persona (presuntamente) que te contesta al mail a los tres días. Se cuál es el problema pero yo no lo puedo solucionar, ya que no soy técnico de Vevor. Tengo un restaurante y esto está ocasionando un gran problema a la operación. Muy decepcionante después de pagar 800€. No volveré a comprar ningún producto Vevor.
