Great air Jack. Raised a 3 ton dumper for me in a few seconds. Great low access ability. Highly recommended

charles.dewalt@gmail.com Good product. Came damaged but they are attempting to fix it

I received this package of the Jack alone by itself. It was badly damaged in a box. The jacket self showed no damage however, the box being ripped open one of the handles had fallen out when I picked it up. I put it back in and opened it all at my house. When I got through the box, I noticed there was no parts package which contain instructions to put it together and the brackets needed to hold a handle on. I had to go through support for the very first time which took a few days, but they graciously agreed to give me a credit. I’m currently waiting on that credit to arrive in order to be 100% satisfied.

It actually works great. I just lifted the rear of a 14X70 trailer house with it.
