Recensioni dei clienti per VEVOR Cric per Tronchi, Lunghezza 1180 mm Sollevatore per Tronchi per Impieghi Gravosi con Manico in Legno, Rullo per Tronchi con Gancio Regolabile, Attrezzi per Registrazione, Diametro Fino a 381 mm

While i was happy with the design, the materials were/are of very poor quality, the cross bar, bent out of position on its second lift. The feet lost 3 of its 4 end plugs within 20 minutes. I have had to replace the cross bar, strenghtening it by welding a top plate. The bottom feet will also have to be replaced with stronger box section steel and braced to avoid similar problems into the future..

Hook not the right angle to grab and roll 30” logs

I have not used this tool often but today i was trying to roll a medium size cedar log and the hook on the tool bent. For the price i paid this never should have happened. The steel must be very poor quality.

Bonjour Je n'ai jamais reçu l'article qui a disparue durant la livraison.. je me suis fait rembourser et j'ai acheté un article équivalent ailleurs. Pour améliorer cela, il faudrait travail avec un service de livraison plus fiable. Cordialement

This is the second one i have commented on, the design is excellent, the materials used for construction is/was poor and Vevor have not accepted this is the case, nor has Vevor offered any compensation. With this in mind, i would be doubtful if i purchased through Vevor into the future. I have sent a photo to you, although not acknowledged by Vevor.

Very disappointed. Product description is misleading and product illustration shows an adjustable hook, Wrong, this is a fixed hook model. Customer service was terrible, explaining I got what I ordered, never admitting that the product description was misleading, inadequate or offering to return or refund. They won't be in business long at this rate. BEWARE
