Jack broke in 1 use. Talk to customer service wrote customer service emails. They kept telling me that it wasn't broken after weeks of trying to get a replacement finally gave up....very frustrating

I just revived the jack came in 3 days was fast. I time to do my project. But jack is not working what so ever. It definitely was not tried out before selling at all. Not happy with this. Then I get a chat bot to deal with! I will be doing a YouTube video on this one.

Toe bent on one jack. It is awesome, it worked out very good. We moved piece of machinery which we needed to move it.
Can we get replacement toe jack ( one).

Base isn’t flat. Jack works fine but the welding warp on the base plate is huge and means the Jack tries to rock forward under load.

It came with a broken spring support, it looks like they refurbish , you can see the the marks under the color paint, too sad for vevor.

Ordered 2 off these but they got lost so had a refund and had to order another 2 off but only o1 was delivered and when i chased these people up i was told that they had no more stock and cannot confirm a delivery date so the are being used in tandem so i cannot send then to my customer or get a review unfortunately

Bonjour,
Je suis extrêmement déçu car après avoir déballé le colis, j'ai remarqué un léger décalage de la boîte sans vraiment y prêter attention et après avoir rempli le cric d'huile hydraulique préconisé dans la notice, je me suis rendu compte que celui-ci fuit !!!!
J'aimerais avoir un recontacte afin que l'on me le change, peut être, est ce un défaut mineur ou un problème pendant le trajet !?
En attente d'une réponse !?
