I received the package of 3 hydraulic jaks. The 2 of them where assembled and unscratched. The 3rd jack was scratched and not assembled in the package (springs not attached )... If it were of another item would ask for change, but it is a jack so I can live with it... Jack looks good and strong...

J'ai fait l'acquisition de ce cric dans le cadre de mon travail ( artisan ferronnier , aménagement de mon atelier ) pour déplacer des machines pesant entre 5 et 10 tonnes. Il fonctionne parfaitement, il est facile d'utilisation et il est très solide. Je recommande cet article ++

Bought to raise beams and floor joists while leveling floor. So much safer than your standard bottle jack because of the toe ledge. It is a beast to carry, but worth it when thinking back to how dangerous raising a beam was before as everything had to be perfectly aligned to prevent disaster. And it certainly has the lifting capacity on my two story house.

It came damaged missing parts! Spring is missing and body of unit was beat up and paint scratched into body of Jack.

Arrived without a box and all scratched up. I purchased this Jack after watching a video on Facebook, showing the Jack being used in a horizontal position to straighten a truck bed rail. Now I found out, Jack will not work horizontally. Very disappointed with this product!!!!!!
