This Jack does not fit every trailer. It does not align with my existing holes on my trailer. I let Vevor know, and they have pretty much ghosted me. It’s been 5 days, and all they say is we will look into it. What’s there to look into? I’ve asked for a return label, and I have not got one. So be advised. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

Worked great at first but not its stopped lifting my trailer I can crank it manually and it will go down electronically.

Works for what I need. Descent price. Feels a little cheap but that's to be expected. What was not expected was the damage to the plastic cover. Clearly dropped in the box. There was padding around it but not enough. Pack your items a little better next time. Especially heavy items like this jack. The plastic is cracked bad at the top, so I need to use some liquid tape to help prevent water from getting into the internals. Also, this is a 4 hole mount, not a 3 so I had to drill an extra hole in order for it to work. Probably my fault for not seeing that before purchasing. I don't have time to wait on a replacement so I'm going to roll the dice on the damaged one I have. I'm not happy about it though. The fabric cover is nice, and may help the water issue I'll certainly have eventually.

Very hard to raise and lower with handle

Didnt come with a plug, so now I have to figure out how to connect it to the truck....also doesnt stop on its own....once its all the way up or down it will continue to crank and grind so you have to baby sit it while in operation.

The jack is okay . It feels a little cheap. But my biggest issue is how slow it moves when jacking my trailer

Went to install this noticed it arrived pinched in 2 places not a happy camper

This Jack has an extremely slow travel time. You can literally go to sleep waiting on this thing to lift your trailer or to lower it. It may be well built, but the gear ratio needs to be re-engineered.

Unit came with a broken housing. I contacted support after a few attempts as it’s only a bot that you text at first then got someone who after a few days decided they would send a new cover and it has taken 2 weeks so far still no cover thy shut down the text so you can’t respond unless you go through the entire process again. Awesome products as I have several items but if you have an issues it’s very hard to get resolved. I still don’t know if they sent a cover and my jack is still in the box waiting.
