I installed this electric trailer jack easily. I plugged it into my truck connector, hooked up trailer to truck, moved the trailer, and it worked one time. Smelled like electrical burning. I had to use the hand handle to unhook it from my truck. I submitted a request for replacement and have gotten the run around. My choices were; 1. Technical Support: Upon receiving photos or videos, our engineers will analyze the issue and provide a professional solution. 2. Free Replacement: Return the original product, and we will send you a brand-new replacement. (If you choose this option, please confirm if you need to update your shipping address.) 3. Return and Refund: We can provide a prepaid return shipping label so you do not incur any shipping costs; we will issue a full refund once the return is confirmed. I was requested to send pictures and videos to show the issue. I sent two videos, one in .mov and the other in mp4, and I received an email after each video was sent saying that Vevors technicians could not open either video. So I am stuck with having to pay for shipping to send the jack back and when they decide that it doesn’t work, they will send me another one. Or return and refund, with this option VEVOR will send me a return shipping label. Why can’t they do that for a replacement? I am a new customer of VEVOR and this doesn’t sit well with me. I had heard VEVOR was a good product but their customer service sucks! I have yet been able to talk to a customer service representative, only the bot answering the questions and replying for the technician. If there is a question they have, VEVOR has my contact information and can call me. ORDER# 26091200964514178645 TICKET ID# 460874904662016

I used it on a car trailer and it only lasted about 3 months. Both the switch and the light failed due to rain water.

The item arrived with no visible damage but the would not turn on and the plug was rattling. I HAVENT HAD TIME TO FIX IT YET

Quit working after 2 months. Only used it 3 times

Worked one time, then wouldn't work and what a pain trying to change it out while under weight. Really lowered one time then never worked again. Terrible product.

To slow down and up

Stopped working after 3 uses

I ordered this exact jack, one that was compatible with a 7 pin plug. What ordered was the the direct 12v version so I had to wire it directly to my battery. It certainly wasn’t what I bought or wanted but I guess the jack is okay.

Ce jack electrique 12v est vendu comme pouvant lever 1800kg. Il n'est pas assez puissant pour lever le devant de ma petite remorque de 1300kg. Je suis déçu du produit et constaté que l'on paie pour la qualité que l'on obtient.

This Jack does not fit every trailer. It does not align with my existing holes on my trailer. I let Vevor know, and they have pretty much ghosted me. It’s been 5 days, and all they say is we will look into it. What’s there to look into? I’ve asked for a return label, and I have not got one. So be advised. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.
