Waited two weeks, never received what I had ordered. It showed it shipped out and received at the carrier everyday during that period of time. Contacted VEVOR, They asked for me to give it another two weeks. At the end of two weeks it said it was canceled and returned. VEVOR ended up refunded my money back.

la notice d'emploi est en anglais donc, je ne comprends pas cette langue Ayez le politesse de m'envoyer une notice d'emploi en français afin que je puisse comprendre la mise en fonctionnement de ce cric........

Habe die 5to Version gekauft. mein Wohnmobil wiegt gesamte 4,2 Tonnen.
Konnte das Womo an einer Achse zum Radwechsel nicht anheben.
Zu wenig Kraft.
Würde das Gerät gerne zurück geben. Habe es aber schon vor längerer Zeit gekauft und tatsächlich jetzt das erste mal benutzt.

Waited almost 5 weeks for this jack and never received it they didn't even offer to replace it ? But they were quick to refund my money, would rather have had it reshipped (Disappointed)

De autokrik kwam pas na ruim een week aan. Bij openen en aansluiten van de accu bleek het apparaat defect, het maakte veel herrie en de unit bewoog nauwelijks omhoog. Het apparaat viel in storing en was alleen te resetten door de batterij los te halen. Na regelmatig de accu eruit en erin te hebben geplaatst kwam er rook uit het apparaat, waarop besloten werd contact op te nemen met VEVOR. Toto mijn grote teleurstelling kwamen zij niet verder dan mij €20 als compensatie aan te bieden, in plaats van het apparaat terug te nemen waartoe zij wettelijk verplicht zijn. Als met al waardeloos spul van een waardeloze webshop. Koop hier svp niets meer wat zij blijkbaar zelf uit China importeren en tegen meer geld verkopen dan AliExpress etc.
