Ordered on about September 21st/26 i bought this jack this to carry in my Truck & had high hopes that it would work as advertised. Received it in good time & Everything looked Good & on Oct 11th 26 I had occasion to put it to use on my Chrysler 300C to change a tire. The Jack preformed as advertised but with 2 problems, It leaked oil badly all over the cardboard I set it on to protect the jack from getting scratched up in case I had to return it for a replacement & the Flimsy plastic doors on it will not latch & stay closed so I tried calling customer service several times over the next week and all I get is a busy signal so I gave up Then I tried texting there ph.# & a few days later I got a reply that I needed to call customer service. A I can say is good luck with that! If customer service reads this & you're interested in contacting me My order # is 26081900981721499150 & I can be reached at the email on the order or by the phone # on the order if you will stand behind your warranty Fix the problem I have. I would like to have a good replacement, Jack.

Well, Never received dispite what it says. This is the 3 rd time on this item. Not happy.

I received this order on Saturday October 8, 2026. I used it for the first time Monday October 10, 2026 and it did not perform to my expectations based on the advertisement hype. In fact, several things didn't work as you will see in the attached video. Maybe, I was operating it incorrectly but it just didn't do it's job. However, If I was operating the jack correctly, then I need a replacement jack (5 - ton) that works.

Received the product this week' Used it one time and the electric hydralic jack only went up. Had to use the allen wrench "release plug" to lower it. Light and air pump work, but not the jack. I'd like to start the return and refund process. Thank you Richard Scherer - rscherer46@gmail.com

I am very disappointed with the way VEVOR has handled my return and refund request. I have already spent a significant amount of time communicating with your customer service, but instead of arranging the return and refund, the process keeps being delayed. This is my first time purchasing a product from VEVOR, and unfortunately, it has been a very bad experience. The product does not work properly, and I simply want to return it and receive my refund. I do not understand why such a straightforward return request has taken so much time. Please stop delaying this matter and provide me with the return instructions and a full refund as soon as possible. I hope VEVOR can resolve this promptly instead of requiring me to spend more time following up on the same issue.

Paket ordentlich angekommen, aber der Boden sieht aus als wäre es eine Retourware! Der Stecker verbogen und das ganze sieht leider nicht nach Neuzustand aus. der Akku voll aufgeladen und in der Fernbedienung war die Batterie schon drinnen, was nicht üblich ist . Es bedarf keiner Rücksendung noch! muss diesen tollen Akku Stempelheber 5t noch testen. möchte hier dieses Produkt auf keinen Fall schlechtreden, aber das gehört eben gesagt. was gedenken sie da zu tun?
