I ordered the VEVOR Low Profile Floor Jack, 3 Ton (6,600 lbs), Aluminum Double Cylinder (Model: LD100A-030-00) and received it on the second day after placing the order. The shipping was impressively fast, and the jack arrived in excellent condition. One of the first things I noticed is how manageable it is to move around-one person can easily lift and carry it, which was a significant priority for me since I specifically wanted a lighter 3-ton option. In use, the double-cylinder (rapid pump) design is smooth and convenient, making it quick to lift the vehicle with minimal effort. Overall operation is straightforward, and the jack performed exceptionally well. Before purchasing, I compared it to the Pittsburgh 3-ton low-profile aluminum racing floor jack with rapid pump and the DAYTONA 3-ton low-profile professional floor jack, reviewing the pros, cons, and many customer reviews. After that comparison and after using it, I can confidently say the VEVOR 3-ton low-profile aluminum double-cylinder jack outperformed expectations and was the best choice in this category.

I would rate it 5 of 5 on everything except the sent two bottom halves for the jack handle. Except for that this jack is phenomenal can lift my 2500 ram with ease and it’s light enough to whip around on the concrete without feeling like I’m dragging a boat anchor.

This was the second floor jack I've purchased (for an alternate location). First was a Daytona 3ton low pro, long reach. The long reach is nice, if needed. While this jack isn't as long, it's close and significantly lighter, which makes maneuvering it a breeze. One of the rear casters had some difficulty rotating, but not enough to inhibit my use. Despite its aluminum vs steel build, I found this jack to be rock solid and it worked straight out of the box with no "air bleeding" needed. The only thing I'd add would be some padding on the lower portion of the jack's handle. Not because I'm a dandy, but to protect the vehicle, should there be contact. Overall, very happy with the jack and would definitely buy again.

Not impressed! The caster wheels will not clear the frame. No matter which way you turn it one of the wheels is bound up. The front wheels have an extreme amount of slop.

The item broke and malfunctioned, and despite the fact that it was defective, they refused to refund me or allow me to return it. I was told they had sent the replacement parts needed to fix it—weeks ago. I’m still waiting. The customer service and after-sale support have been absolutely terrible. I use this jack every day for work, so having a broken jack sitting around for weeks simply wasn’t an option. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement elsewhere just so I could actually do my job. Now I’m stuck with a heavy, overpriced paperweight that I paid for, can’t use, and apparently can’t return—all because the company couldn’t provide a timely solution to a problem with their own product. A product can fail. That happens. What’s unacceptable is leaving the customer stranded afterward and calling that customer service.

This jack has a severe design or manufacturing flaw. The swivel wheels hit the frame of the jack. This action locks up the jack and makes it immobile. The jack handle came with rivets that obviously did not go all the way through to secure the square drive that lowers the jack. There were additional holes drilled that were offset and oblong. These holes were obviously holes that were drilled incorrectly and in the wrong position. Customer support sent me new wheels and a new handle. The wheels were no different and they also hit the frame. The handle was completely different than the original. It was steel and not aluminum like the original and it was shorter. I advised customer support and their answer was to give me a partial refund and offered to direct me to another department. I waited for contact from this department and did not receive any reply. Customer service then said there was no other department and I should seek local technical assistance. This was unacceptable. A jack that does not roll is useless and unsafe. A jack handle with unsecured rivets is unsafe. Seeking technical assistance locally is unsafe as they would not be familiar with the product and would be dealing with a manufacturing defect. The proper answer from VEVOR should have been a full refund and for VEVOR to correct these manufacturing defects and problems for future customers.
