Se ha roto al segundo intento de levantar mi coche. No se si tendrá algo que ver con que el embalaje llego roto también.

Not impressed! The caster wheels will not clear the frame. No matter which way you turn it one of the wheels is bound up. The front wheels have an extreme amount of slop.

My company bought 4 of these jacks as a test for fleet of vehicles. One jack showed up missing the bolt that secures the handle to the jack. I opened a support ticket and was asked for some info. I provided photos of the parts, jacks, manual etc that was requested as well as a description. I didn't hear anything after that until I received an email that stated the problem was solved and the ticket was closed. I was not solved or corrected. Two of the jacks broke in the first two weeks of use. The failure was the same on both jacks. One of the pistons on each failed and popped out rendering the jacks useless. I tried to open a support ticket twice, but I have not received any reply. I was able to remove the bolt that secures the handle on one of the failed jacks and install it the jack that was missing that bolt so I have a functional jack now. The fact that the bolt is removeable in the first place is a design flaw. The Harbor Freight version (and most others) does not come out. My company has 125 vehicles out in the field and each one has two floor jacks. The cars they are used on and normal Honda's, Toyota's etc, nothing too heavy. We have been buying the Harbor Freight aluminum floor jacks and the extended warranty for 15 years. They do fail occasionally (but no more often than any other brand) and its easy to return it for an exchange at a Harbor Freight store. Sometimes they are out of stock so we wanted to try the Vevor brand to have another vendor and we were very disappointed. Not only in the quality of the product but also in the failed customer service.

The item broke and malfunctioned, and despite the fact that it was defective, they refused to refund me or allow me to return it. I was told they had sent the replacement parts needed to fix it—weeks ago. I’m still waiting. The customer service and after-sale support have been absolutely terrible. I use this jack every day for work, so having a broken jack sitting around for weeks simply wasn’t an option. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement elsewhere just so I could actually do my job. Now I’m stuck with a heavy, overpriced paperweight that I paid for, can’t use, and apparently can’t return—all because the company couldn’t provide a timely solution to a problem with their own product. A product can fail. That happens. What’s unacceptable is leaving the customer stranded afterward and calling that customer service.

Problème levage sa tient pas longtemps meme pas 4 ou 3 minutes et sa commence a baisser tout seule je suis déçu de ce crique et le service SAV ne prend pas en charge meme pas un assistant reele pour nous expliquer le problème

I had to fight with lowering valve to make jack work. The machine work for the rotary hydraulic lowering valve feels very poor. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

I bought this jack to replace my 20 year old aluminum racing jack of similar lifting capacity that was just worn out. This jack is heavier, handle and body are much shorter meaning less leverage for picking heavy vehicles, and it cost more than my aluminum one did and it came with 2 aluminum jack stands (which i still use). All in all, not very impressed.

Dommage que le mien est un défaut car j’en étais content , première utilisation et le cric ne tient pas la pression avec seulement 50 kilos dessus. J’attend un retour du service SAV

Only used once an the pin that works the piston came out very displeased with product if everything would have been working correctly it would have been a great buy
