Hello, I received the mini pancake machine, but unfortunately it is not the model I ordered. The machine I wanted has a space in the top lid that allows the mini pancakes to rise and grow while cooking. The machine I received has a flat top that presses the pancakes down, which is not what I wanted. I am not satisfied with this machine because it is different from the one I ordered. I would like to know how I can return it and receive the correct model. Please let me know how we can resolve this. Also, the machine shown in the product listing is different from the one I received. The pictures show a machine with a top lid that has enough space for the mini pancakes to rise, but the machine I received has a flat lid that presses them down. This is not the product shown in the listing.

Verarbeitung geht so da man sich an den Schweiß stellen verletzen kann. Beschichtung naja nach 1. Gebrauch ziemlich mitgenommen trotzdem fachmännisches gebrauch

Rated as commercial but truly not commercial the plate is truly too thin next time I’ll know better. Overall ok.

Crepiere 3000 watt, je ne sais pas si elle a un défaut mais des qu elle se met en chauffe elle fait beaucoup de bruit, les crêpes ne cuisent pas uniformément je pense que la résistance n est pas assez grande et les crêpes sont bizarre comme si elle seché ça fait de la brisure. Sur mon autre crêpière acheté ailleurs c est beaucoup mieux en terme de qualité, j ia voulu essayer car j en ai une double très lourde d une autre marque mais chez vevor c était moins cher. Comme mentionné dans des commentaires précédents, la crêpière chauffe de façon intermittente! Pendant les temps de pause, (toutes les deux minutes environ) la crêpière redescend en température ce qui rend impossible la cuisson d'une crêpe!!! J'ai essayé à 250 degrès pendant plus de 2 minutes, j'ai juste eu une crêpe blanche et cartonnée! De plus, la résistance ne chauffe que le centre de la crêpe et pas les bords. Je suis serveuse, j'ai déjà réalisé des milliers de crêpes et sur plusieurs biligs, là c'est impossible! Très déçue!
