Stephanie It works but doesn’t brown both sides
Does cook product in under 3 minutes but the top is steamed not brown and toasty. After contacting company they said pancakes needed to be flipped. One of the Q&A on this product WAS- do they need to be flipped and Vevors answer was no.

It doesn’t work as it should. It doesn’t stay on right temperature. It’s not hot enough or too hot. It’s so difficult to keep it on right temperature.

DO NOT PURCHASE! This thing is useless! I have been reaching out to Vevor for over a week in an attempt to get either a refund or a replacement and all I keep getting is someone will reach out in 48 hours. Their customer service is terrible. I have followed the instructions. I have tried to season it and it does not work!
