Even with pilot starter holes it is tough drilling into concrete to stay in the precise spots needed. I installed two units and one I managed to get seven holes in the right spots and epoxied in smaller bolts in the last spot. The second unit I didn’t follow the instructions and instead put the posts in first and then I assembled the units. Both ways worked

Rails seem to be good. Purchased 2 and installed myself. The instructions are not the best as they do a bit of rattling but is secure enough for small Children and stairs

Handrails were wider than I thought they would be but I liked them and had them installed and the comment I got from installer was that the package did not include concrete screws and the ones included were not good enough for stability purposes so he went out and purchased the right screws. Other than that, they look great and I am glad the job is done.

Handrails are priced individually meaning you will need 2 railings. Metal is stamped, but rails are sturdy enough to provide adequate support. Some of the metal and hardware on the bottom developed rust spots after only few weeks outdoor.

Missing a main component. Takes forever to get through to someone and days for them to answer . Eventually got a refund.

The item was shipped from Alberta by Purolator and returned to Vevor by Purolator due to the delay in delivery . If I had known that this item would be shipped from Alberta I would not have ordered it. I recommend that Vevor displays "out of stock" on their Web site whenever the item is not available in Quebec

These handrails rust easily. They go in well and look good, but the rust can’t be stopped. The water gets into the unpainted posts and creates rust down onto the lower rail. DO NOT BUY THESE RAILINGS!!

These handrails rust after 3 months and it is not something that can be fixed easily. Water has access into the posts themselves. DO NOT BUT THESE!!!

This product looks good. However, the instructions are a bit lacking. There were 8 washers included but no instructions on where they go. They also provide a concrete drill bit if you are using the included concrete anchors however it has a square chuck end which ends up mounting off centre in the 3 jaw chuck of my hammer drill. Had to purchase a 10mm concrete drill for this job (cost an extra $18)
