Easy to install and fast shipping, great to use with cover to keep it cool to touch

makes getting out of the pool so much easier, just grab it and you won't slip on the fibreglass pool surfaces you feel safer. It was easy to install with the equipment provided and seems very secure, and if it does work loose can be tightened.

Did the job so well I had to buy another one for the other side of the stairs.

Excelente. Boa qualidade e fácil de instalar

Comes with everything to mount it to wooden deck or concrete.

We needed a railing to help elderly people get in and out of the pool and were quoted over $1000 plus installation by several companies. This railing arrived quickly, is great quality and was very easy to install. The drill bit that comes with the unit is sds style, and doesn’t work in a traditional drill. Luckily I have an sds style hammer drill, but some may have to rent one.

Great quality all-stainless steel for almost half the price of comparable items elsewhere. Also included the non-slip cover (which was extra with most others) and the proper drill bit for the concrete deck. Plus 2-day free delivery from the GTA warehouse even over a holiday weekend. I liked how the mounting holes were a bit oversize because its almost impossible to drill four holes in precise locations in concrete (bit wanders and shifts if it hits a stone in the concrete near the start). Only issue with the bit was that it has a square shank (must by a Chinese thing) while North American drills have three-jaw chucks so it wasn't a solid connection and loosened a few times. One star off the ease-of-use for that.
