Great item. Well priced and easy to install.

In generall the product is good quality and simple to install, although to make the price point the handrail is supplied as a single unit with ends welded on. This makes it difficult to shorten because you need to buy a new end cap from somewhere after shortening it. I also have to comment on the shipping. When I ordered the unit the web site said I'd have it in about 3 days. After ordering I got shipping notification the next day and the shipping site indicated it had been picked up in Sydney. Then I heard nothing for 2 weeks until the package arrived with international shipping stickers all over it. So the "promise" at ordering time and even the shipping status the next day were false. Bottom line - the product seems OK, but clearly their stock indication and shipping status may be fiction and you need to allow for a 2 week international delivery. If I'd known it was going to take 2 weeks I probably would not have ordered it as I needed it quickly and in fact sourced an alternative whilst waiting for the delivery. I decided to keep the late handrail as a future spare.

Pose facile, heureusement....
