The railing was a decent product. I did put an angle on top of the vertical posts just so I could get a screw from the bracket to the post. I also used large tap on screws to anchor it. The fasteners it can with were a little light weight for my taste.

Auf den ersten Blick macht der Handlauf einen guten Eindruck. Trotz einzelner Verpackung waren die beiden Kunststoff-Endkappen des Handlaufs gebrochen und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Es liegt viel Montage- und Montsgehilfsmaterial dabei. Die Metalldübel sind nur bedingt geeignet. Der Steinbohrer passt nicht in europäische SSD-Bohrmaschinen. Für den Zusammenbau müssen Löcher für Blechtreibschrauben in die Stahlrohre gebohrt werden. Dadurch wird die Pulverbeschichtung an den Bohrstellen zerstört. Das führt beim Einsatz der Geländer im Außenbereich zwangsweise zu häßlichen Roststriemen. Ich würde daher beim nächsten Mal einen Handlauf aus Aluminium wählen.

I like the product. It was my second ordered ( 2 set ) of the same handrail. However, one of the box DID NOT INCLUDED THE 2 LARGE COLLECTOR so i can not installe the handrail. I join a photo of the missing parts. Thanks and i hope you will sent the missing parts shortly. Alain

Reasonable quality but not well thought out design. The lower beam is too short for certain angles of stairs; I had to put two 1/4" shims under the brackets for it to get the legs parallel. It would be much easier to cut that beam than to extend it.

Relatively good design, everything fit together without issues. Provided masonry drill bit had a square shank so would need a professional grade drill with matching chuck. If you do not have such a drill, plan on buying a 1/2" masonry drill bit. Bad quality powder coating, in some places too thin. Rusted after the first rain within the first week, so plan on buying your own exterior paint and putting couple coats. EDIT: Vevor support opened a ticket in response to review and said: "The image shows rust on only one side of the column, which is likely due to variations in rainfall and regional environmental conditions. Our tests did not show this issue. We suggest you purchase paint and apply it yourself."

J’ai acheté cette rampe en deux exemplaires, je l’ai reçu à domicile dans son emballage qui n’avait pas été abîmé, sauf qu’à l’intérieur des colis, les embouts des rampes étaient complètement détériorées. J’ai remonté l’information au vendeur et comme j’avais un besoin urgent de monter la rampe, car j’avais une personne handicapée. Le vendeur me répond que je dois renvoyer les colis pour échange et que je dois prouver la destruction des rampes existantes. J’ai contesté, en précisant que c’était une aberration environnementale et qu’il suffisait de renvoyer simplement les embouts. Hé bien, le vendeur est incapable de les renvoyer, pour un problème de logistique. J’ai demandé une ristourne de 15€ pour que je puisse moi même acheter les embouts, j’attends toujours leur réponse depuis plusieurs jours.

Support railing was too short and customer services “resolution” was to uninstall it and ship the entire railing back. In every image VEVOR has provided, it shows the middle support rail being connected to both posts.

Rampe excellente qualité, vendu avec tous ce qu'il faut pour mettre en place ( forêt, niveau, enbout pour viseuse pour vis et écrou.)
