Arrived in very quickly.
Happy to open box and find all bolts, screws and masonry bit oh and the obligatory Allen key. The drill wasn’t suitable for my drill so purchased one to
Suit.
Easy to assemble and put up. Exactly suitable for my needs.
Needed a handrail to steady me when using the steps.
Ordered a second one for other side.

Really nice handrail, easy to install. I liked it so much I ordered another. Here is what I did not like: Hardware comes with 10mm anchor bolts and 10mm SDS plus drill bit, I only have standard SDS drill. I don't have any metric concrete bits, so I used my own 3/8" bit and anchors.
The second handrail did not come with the hardware kit. They are shipping it to me, but it is taking weeks. Hopefully it will come soon.

Purchased as appeared easy to modify and had reasonable rating. I shortened the top and mid rail, used rivnuts to recreate the screw points (but one could source & use through bolts instead). Came with masonry drill and dyna-bolts.
In use it is a bit springy but secure enough to help with balance and prevent a fall. Took one star off for quality - it uses quite light sections and would flex less with thicker materials.
Satisfied!
