I had one jack stand that would not accept the ratchet but I called customer service and they resolved the problem immediately. The jacks work fine. I am pleased with the process and response.

I purchased four of these so I can get my car completely up off the ground. These jackstands are well-made and sturdy, they will lift the car up over 20 inches off the floor, which is important for what I’m doing under the car. They have a double safety feature, which is good. The only thing is they’re very heavy, which I’m sure is a good thing but boy they’re heavy.
