Amazing quality. Even if rain come and make a belly into it, it is very resistant. I just make some holes for draining the rain water accumulated on top of the green house and because of sun heat, the holes disappear. Was just like someone weld the plastic.

Greenhouse Film 25 x 40 ft Great elasticity even through hail
We have used this and has lasted longer than the stuff you buy at homedepot etc. This is specifically meant to have a bit of elasticity to it, so limbs and hail don't actually puncture 100% of the time. Great Product!

I built a deck and had the ground sloping under the deck. I didn't want water that ran through the deck boards to wash dirt down from where it is at now. I covered the dirt area with this and it was heavy duty and worked great for me.
It comes in a box folded up so you have to unfold it and that is easier with two people but I did some of it by myself.
