We use propane in cold weather (-20 to -30c) This barrel heater helped us keep propane tank flowing in very cold weather, used 1 season, very impressed.

I use this band to "melt" crystallized honey in 5 gallon plastic pails. It works well but I have 2 recommendations for other beekeepers:
1. As mentioned in other reviews, the Velcro is too short. I use 2 ratchet straps to keep the band tight to the pail.
2. If the 5 gallon pail is full to the top you may need to use 2 bands in order to cover the whole height of the pail.

Great price and works awesome, with adjustable thermostat where set it and forget it. Easy to use and set up the temp and install on the 5 gal pal.

JD Awesome heat band
Bought these to use on preheating 5 gallon pails of industrial coatings for application. Worked extremely well. The thermostat is a little bulky but performed exactly as expected. I would highly recommend these looking to buy more when they come in stock.

John Decent. Pretty happy with this.
Can't beat the price. Used once, and worked very well. Durability will see over time, but it seems quite well made.
One of the most common issues with these blankets of any brand is internal heat strips burning out. Anyone can avoid this with proper storage. DON'T FOLD it back up. Store it on an empty drum, and you will get 2X the life of these.
