Na 1 jaar aanschaf en heel weinig gebruik gaf de omvormer de geest, advies gevraagd aan VEVOR maar helaas tot nu toe geen reactie. Dus moet helaas op zoek naar alternatief maar liever dus niet van VEVOR.

Hi, I bought Vevor inverter in April 2025. It works otherwise ok, but over voltage shutting stops the device already when battery voltage is around 14,7 - 14,8V. It is quite a big problem, because I can load my batteries up to 16,8V. When I have to stop loading below 15V, I lose more than 30% of battery capacity. Is there any chance to fix this?

pesima calidad,no hay manera de devolverlo en garantia,mas de seis correos y nada,te tienes que conformar con un reembolso por la mitad de lo que pague,eso o nada,no volvere a comprar nada de este fabricante.

This isnt 1000w rated power and also stopped working entirely after 2 days . I also need to take vevor to small claims court to get a refund as customer service is shocking.

bonjour , ça fait bientôt un an que j'ai pris ce onduleur 3000 W et il est déjà en panne je suis très déçu ,
il fonctionne et s'arrete tout seul pourtant tout est bien branché ??? on dirait qu'il se met en surchauffe , je l'ai démonté est tout les fusibles sont bon , je ne comprend pas !!!

bonjour, je n'ai pas pu l'évaluer car il ne correspond pas à mes besoins et jamais branché. J'ai demandé un retour, impossible. Le remboursement proposé par Vevor est indécent; 29,75 euros avec frais de renvoi à ma charge...Que faire d'un ondulateur qui reste dans son carton??? je ne recommande pas votre site pour son service après vente! D'autant plus que j'ai contacté le service aussitôt reçu...Donc je suis très insatisfaite de votre produit et encore moins de votre contact condescendant envers le client. Un échange de produit aurait pu être une possibilité ! Et surtout un contact personnel par téléphone pour connaître les besoins du client.

Il m'affiche code erreur f03 les fusibles sont bon mais ne fonctionne pas avec le 200v fo3 et gros bip constant pouvez vous me contacter au 0667657209

After working for two or three days the inverter produced a strange smell and stopped working. The technical support was nonexistent totally hard to explain to them what was wrong couldn’t upload videos because of the interface. Very disappointed.

I used this once and it worked for about 6 hours. It stopped working. I took of the top cover and it had 2 blown fuses. I replaced them and they blew again. I tried another battery and same issue. It is in a trailer and maybe something came loose while on my first trip. I would not recommend this.
