I purchased this Vevor 3000W Pure Sine Wave inverter around 14–15 months ago. Overall, it performed fine, but it recently failed under load when the temperature reached 82°C. The unit shut down displaying Error F03 (Output Short Circuit/Overload). Upon inspecting the board, capacitors were blown. It seems the thermal protection did not prevent internal damage. Although it is just past the 12-month standard warranty period, I hope Vevor Customer Support sees this review

Be aware that this company does not offer a telephone number to speak to customer service and the customer service they do offer through email exchange does not resolve your issue. In late May I bought a VEVOR Pure Sine Wave Inverter, 3000 Watt Power Inverter to back up my sump pump. When I unpacked it I noticed that it wasn't an auto switch unit and immediately contacted customer service to see how I could exchange this one for the correct one. The email chain through customer service keeps asking me for the same information, my order number and issue which I have provided seven times now. The last email I received they offered to reimburse me $81 for something I paid $240. This company does not want to hear from customers. I would not recommend buying from this website and company

Hace unos meses compré un inversor de 2000w La semana pasada ,usando el inversor mecsalio un error, F3, y no puedo saber cuál es la causa En el manual que venia con el equipo no especifica cuales son esos errores y la causa Podrías decirme donde consultar esos errores y sus soluciones Gracias

Purchased this inverter to upgrade an existing solar installation. Worked well for 2 days. On the third day the LCD screen did not show any wattage being consumed when the lights and other electrical loads were active. I disconnected everything from the inverter. 2 days latter the batteries were dead ??? Obviously there is a problem with the Inverter. Contacted VEVOR . They responded with a service number and promise to get back to me. Two weeks latter still no response from VEVOR. I have reinstalled my old Inverter and everything is back to normal. Apparently VEVOR does not stand behind their products. I will not be purchased anything more from VEVOR.

Hello My inverter blew up and I have no idea why? I took it apart to see if a fuse was blown and it looks like a resistor blew.

Seems to work OK, but the fan rattles with power on even when the fan is not running. Also, the unit is not as pictured. I particularly wanted the recessed 240V socket as shown, as this would have provided more security for the connection over rough ground. Sadly, the 240V socket is a flush mount.
