Inverter 1000w en fonctionnement grâce à la télécommande car l’interrupteur ne fonctionne pas. Silencieux et efficace. Livraison très rapide.

Am achizitionat un invertor de 1 kw. La montaj s-a produs un scurt circuit. Invertorul a intrat in fault. Am crezut ca exista o siguranta pe care o schimb si se rezolva. Asa scrie la descriere, ca are protectie pentru scurt circuit si polaritate inversa. L-am desfacut si in interior am gasit doar 3 sigurante, niciuna nu era arsa. Deci nu are protectie la scurt circuit si polaritate inversa. Am discutat cu echipa de asistenta de la Vevor, acestia au inteles situatia si cu foarte multa amabilitate mi-au trimis un alt invertor nou, gratis. L-am montat si functioneaza foarte ok. Am probat cu un tv de 40 de wat si cateva alimentatoare, telefon, surubelnita electrica, Nu a pornit ventilatorul. Ca sa vad capacitatea maxima, l-am probat si cu o cafetiera de 750w. A mers ok, dar a pornit ventilatorul. Apoi cu o aeroterma de 1 kw. Aeroterma a functionat bine, dar a plecat ventilatorul la invertor, destul de galagios. Nu este foarte silentios. Dar nu voi folosi invertorul la capacitate maxima, deci nu cred ca o sa porneasca prea des ventilatorul. Foarte utila telecomanda. Am incercat-o de la mai bine de 10 metri, din afara rulotei. A pornit imediat invertorul. Aceasta telecomanda este exceptionala, nu am mai vazut invertoare cu telecomanda. All over, invertorul functioneaza foarte bine, materiale de calitate, dar nu are 6 protectii cum scrie in descriere, doar 3. Cablurile de legatura sunt scurte, trebuie sa pui invertorul langa baterie. Poate daca aveau 0,75 m sau 1 m erau mai ok.

I specifically chose this one because of the remote control, very convenient in the camper van. Too bad the cables are so short. The fan is quite noisy, but I don't know if that's the case with all inverters.

Helaas heb ik deze omvormer niet geprobeerd en ligt het op schap. Hij was verkeerd besteld en het terugzenden naar Vevor is erg kostbaar en moet, tenzij er een gebrek is, voor eigen rekening. Eigenlijk moet men het product binnen 14 dagen terugnemen echter men deed er erg moeilijk over om een returnlabel aan te maken en te sturen. Wel heeft Vevor mij een kleine compensatie gegeven en de omvormer mag ik nu houden. Ik voel mij er echter niet prettig bij. Vandaar 3 sterren. Niet voor de werking van de omvormer, maar voor het bedienen van de klanten en oplossen van een probleem. Ik voel mij erg teleurgesteld hierover. Ik heb van hun ook een paar dure micro-omvormers en een 45 Liter compressor koelbox. Ik hoop niet dat daar wat aan kapot gaat met deze slechte klantenservice.

Ne fonctionne pas

J’ai du mal à laisser un commentaire détaillé car je n’ai toujours pas pu tester l’onduleur. J’ai bien reçu les câbles fournis pour le relier à la batterie, mais ils sont malheureusement trop COURTS TROP FINS . Sur mon installation (du moteur jusqu’à l’habitacle), ça ne passait pas du tout. J’ai donc dû commander des câbles supplémentaires plus longs. Le produit semble de bonne qualité au déballage, mais je ne peux pas encore me prononcer sur ses performances réelles en attendant de tout installer et de le tester.

This isnt 1000w rated power and also stopped working entirely after 2 days . I also need to take vevor to small claims court to get a refund as customer service is shocking.

bonjour, je n'ai pas pu l'évaluer car il ne correspond pas à mes besoins et jamais branché. J'ai demandé un retour, impossible. Le remboursement proposé par Vevor est indécent; 29,75 euros avec frais de renvoi à ma charge...Que faire d'un ondulateur qui reste dans son carton??? je ne recommande pas votre site pour son service après vente! D'autant plus que j'ai contacté le service aussitôt reçu...Donc je suis très insatisfaite de votre produit et encore moins de votre contact condescendant envers le client. Un échange de produit aurait pu être une possibilité ! Et surtout un contact personnel par téléphone pour connaître les besoins du client. Bonne réception .
