Bin is nice holds ice, but the front wall is too low. When you open door to get ice a bunch of it falls out on the floor, no way to stop it. Would not buy it again.

Looks nice works with my ice machine. Just wish a new product wasn’t damaged and one side of the door hinge will fall out of the door. I’d give it C+

Disapointed Service after purchase s lousy.
Service is lousy. Communications are very poor, autobot messages. Live chat is only form of contact. My support ticket was closed with no resolution. Vevor is "click-bait" beware.

About the wrong thing. Brought it to the lake house opened it up and this the storage bin was wanting a icemaker. Bought it over the winter brought it to my lake house opened it up and it’s the wrong thing. How do I go about sending it back or getting a credit? Just ordered the icemaker that I wanted. Is there anyway you can help? Thanks.

Buyers Beware: Zero Help From Customer Service Useless Without the Ice Maker That Never Arrived
I purchased this ice bin alongside an ice maker from VEVOR. Unfortunately, the ice maker was lost in transit or never actually shipped—customer service still can't tell me where it is after nearly two weeks. I've been given the runaround with multiple "wait 48 hours" responses, and every update has been initiated by me. Meanwhile, I'm left with this bin that serves no purpose without the ice maker it was meant to pair with.
Customer service has offered no meaningful resolution beyond asking me to wait longer. If the ice maker had actually arrived, I'm sure this bin would have been fine. But the overall experience with VEVOR has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
