Product was shipped without all the seals for hose attachment. 1 fuel nozzle broke after one use. Otherwise the product is as expected. Not sure how to get replacement parts.

Bought this right b4 a hurricane and it arrived on time. Time will tell on how long the pump will last but for now it works fine. Thanks for an awesome deal and super fast delivery! ***dropping a couple stars due to hand pump stoped working and valve connection to tank leaks after a year. Have to store laying down. Need to find replacement hand crank pump or a rebuild kit. I use ethanol free fuel. My hand pump tanks last much longer. Would go back to the other tank if I had to do over again.

The very first time I used it, a rubber band snapped—too much weight, poor quality. I had to leave her where she was.

Never pumped again after 1 use

Pakket nooit ontvangen! Wel het geld teruggestort gekregen.

Filled up the first night of hurricane season last year, it leaked the entire 16 gal of gas in the garage, the house smelled like gas for weeks not to mention tech support was no help, made claim after claim with no result

this junk leaks, I sent message ans tried to upload pictures but the sorry as web site would not accept. they do it o purpose, they know its junk.

This unit leaks when standing in the upright position. The shot off for the tank is in a very difficult place to use. I do not suggest this as a good purchase for anyone. I wish I had not purchased.

Leaks and after several tests still leaks. Terrible product.
