I was really excited to receive this bill counter and deliberately purchased it from Vevor for their customer service, rather than buying the newer upgraded version straight from the factory. Unfortunately, out of the box, the brand new WRM996 arrived with a dead sensor (Local_2 failed calibration). Instead of replacing the defective unit or giving me a solution customer service offered after long long waiting and staying nice and normal to them they offered me a measly €34 refund to keep a broken machine. Disappointing quality control and unacceptable warranty support. Avoid! I bought a lot from Vevor and Succebuy on Aliexpress and always recommend it to friends but this is unacceptable so I write this review.

Absolutely garbage. Did not work out of the box. Machine kept jamming.Now vevor will not refund my money. They expect you to work on their junk before they refund your money. Customer service sucks. Keep sending me emails saying I haven't contacted them. My emails contacting them are in the email they just sent me. DON'T BUY
