My freezer has been delivered damaged, the pallet, structure and door are crumpled, the lower right door does not close perfectly because it is damaged. I requested the replacement at the time it was delivered on Monday 20 July and until today Friday 24 July I only received an email saying that in 48hrs it will return with the response. Now I don't want to anymore because I had to buy another one urgently to meet my trade.

I strongly recommend avoiding Vevor at all costs. I purchased a large commercial refrigerator for my catering business for $3,000, and the unit arrived completely non-functional. They offer no customer service phone number — only email support. After weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, they finally suggested I return it through FedEx. I hired a shipping company to transport the heavy refrigerator to a FedEx location, only for FedEx to refuse it because they don’t handle large shipments. Vevor has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and money — do not buy from them.

We received this damaged and it’s been a nightmare to get fixed. Customer service is based overseas and communication is delayed. It’s been over a month th and we still haven’t received the replacement parts. Once received them we will need to have it installed. I like this brand but there support is challenging and they do not offer to fix problems themselves but rather have you do the work.

Het product komt totaal niet overeen met de grafische plaatjes die bij het product werden gevoegd. Het geleverde product heeft deuren met een andere grip tot boven de rijiwielen. De motor bevindt zich bovenaan in plaats van onderaan zoals op de afgebeelde foto. Het transport was een trieste operatie. Van zodra de bestelling ontvangen werd heeft de vriezer eerst nog in Czechie voor 10 dagen gestaan en daarna was ook de levering door de eindtransporteur in het honderd gelopen. Al bij al meer dan drie weken moeten wachten... Ook op de ingediende klachten omtrent is het nog steeds wachten op een antwoord.

I bought this commercial freezer brand new about one month ago, and it already stopped freezing properly. Ice/frost started building up near the fan area and the temperature no longer stays cold enough. I contacted the seller for support and repair, but the issue still has not been resolved. Very disappointed with the quality and customer service for a new unit.

This unit won’t cool below -2 Celsius and everything is thawed in there. the instructions provided for the control unit are absolutely inadequate to do any kind of trouble shooting. Going back and forth with customer support has also not helped, as all I receive is inadequate instructions on what to do. Do not buy this until they put out a decent manual or fix what’s wrong.
