Vevor products are always great

This freezer is not a $200 Big Box special. Well insulated, a digital thermometer and excellent interior lining.. Properly lined and two baskets. Everything I expected. What I did not expect was the excellent support Vevor supplied. Our first unit was doa, it happens. Vevor handled the issue quickly and with no problems. A replacement was supplied that works perfectly. No problems. One of the best warranty experiences I have had from anyone. Vevor refrigeration products have so far been excellent. We have an ice maker, undercounter refrigerator, compact refrigerator and chest freezer. All work well with no problems. I highly recommend thse products. Quality and good value. A tough combination to beat.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! WARNING PLEASE TO EVERYONE. I purchased this freezer, it came in dented on the front and I contacted the company the only way that is possible, via a live bot chat (there is no phone number or email to contact the company with) and the bot chat asked for a picture of the dent to be sent. I did that and the bot chat replied days later saying that this would require a technical person to come out to fix the issue, which makes no sense at all. They said since they couldn't send someone out, they offered me a Paypal refund of 177$, lol what the actual hell! It was written just like that too. Then after I declined that and asked for a full refund, they said that I would need to take the huge freezer to a UPS facility and box it and send it back hahaha...this company IS A JOKE. STAY AWAY! I AM IN A HUGE MESS NOW WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY DISPUTING THE $550 CHARGE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE SCAM!!!

Ich habe zwei Mülltonnenboxen und eine Gefriertruhe bestellt. Die Mülltonnenboxen haben einige Kratzer. Die Gefriertruhe hat viele kleine Kratzer, einen großen komplett über den Deckel, die Anbauteile sind schlecht verbaut und sie springt nicht an. Seit dem 28. Mai streite ich mit Vevor über die Rücksendung. Die versprochene kostenlose Tücksendung gibt es nicht!!! Ich soll eine Spedition beauftragen die Sachen abzuholen, in Vorkasse gehen und bekäme dann das Geld zurück wenn die waren bei ihnen angekommen sind. Das würde mich bei der Größe der drei Teile einige hundert Euro kosten. Vevor schwört zwar das man das Geld zurück bekäme aber soviel muss man ja auch erstmal aufbringen können. Bei der Gefriertruhe kommt es mir so vor als würde es sich um eine Retoure handeln die an uns weiter verschickt wurde, der Zustand ist definitiv nicht neu. Für mich ist das alles nur Betrug und Abzocke! Ein Anwalt regelt jetzt dann alles weitere.
