My husband reallllyyyy wanted a chamber sealer to help out with sous-vide style meals and I was super against getting a chamber sealer since we already had a vacuum sealer. Well, the vacuum sealer died, so we naturally had to invest in a chamber sealer and I have been completely amazed by what it can it. I am now using it for infusing quick pickles, picked jalapenos, prepping all sorts of meals, desserts, and doing random science experiments, like blowing up a marshmallow and watching it compress! We can honestly say we use it daily, if not every other day, because there are so many uses for chamber sealing. Opened a big Costco bag of nuts? Close it easily for storage. We found a lot of bags on commercial restaurant websites for doing the sous-vide food prepping! Never would have guessed that I would like it so much. Thank you for this great kitchen gadget!

Bought it 6 months ago. Works awesome no issues at all so far. Works on everything we've tried so far.

This is the best price and easy-to-use for vacuum sealing. We have butchered 3 hogs and 2 beef and vacuum sealed all .

Have used this for 3 beef, 6 pigs, freezer of veggies, and 50 chickens. The neighbors have used it also, and after using ours neighbors father purchased one on my recommendation. Would recommend to everyone!!

A great machine worth buying one. I have pushed over 250 bags with this unit and it working great. It is quieter than my other vacuum sealer and just as quick. Seals a thick seal and they all seem to hold. Water and liquids are easy to seal along with marinades something you could not do with my old sealers. It is an oil pump and you do smell the oil once in awhile but that is with any oil pump unit. Easy to get out of the box and running within minuets. You can not beat the price for what this does for you, if it broke down today I would buy another one and would have 2 already if I had the counter space. MC

First machine sent to us the sealing mechanism did not work. After emailing customer service back and forth trying to see what the issue was, the company made it right by sending a new machine that is working great now. It is a great product for preserving your food.

Now im just a home owner who does not use this machine daily. My main goal was to package my deer meat. Product is very solid and works perfectly. No complaints thus gar packed approximately 2-400lbs of meat

I upgraded from a counter top oil less unit where I was doing 1 pack of bacon at a time. Now with this unit I can do 4 packs of 1.25lb bacon bags in 8x10 chamber bags simultaneously. The only improvement I'd suggest for them to have or any user is to come up with a better way to allow for shallow bag sealing where I'm using a series of plastic bins to stack. I'd be nice to have like 3 or 4 various sized spacers to stack inside the unit. I'm probably going to try fabricating something myself for a slanted tray for large liquid filled bags such as brining fish or bacon bellies and marinating large bags. Otherwise its a very powerful unit. It does seem to heat up where you can smell the motor and oil but its working and breathing correctly.

Best kitchen investment ever! Use it every day. It's heavy so it needs to be stored where it's easily accessible when needed.
