A vacuum cleaner is not worth a crap if it will not seal and less than a year later that is my problem. It sucks fine but it will not seal. I want my money back. Vevor Donald Jernigan 2529334823

I purchased this product on Mar 05, 2024. I use it almost daily for food storage. It came to me with a faulty switch. After having VEVOR send me a new switch. I noticed that the gas shocks for providing a cushion and soft opening for the lid was not working. The lid would slam open real hard when the lid was released. So, I had them replaced as well. The unit worked quite well for a few months after that. However, it has been slowly leaking its hydraulic fluid ever since about the 3rd month I have owned it. It leaves a small puddle under the machine that I have to keep cleaning up. It still works even though it has very little hydraulic fluid in it. It is quite a bit noisier than it used to be and it requires more time to complete a vacuum. It has been difficult to find the time and to get through the language barrier to address the problems any further. I have given up on nursing it along any further. I cannot recommend this product for these reasons. It was very affordably priced, but I hope to replace it with an "American Made" product that will be more reliable and easier to have serviced. It will cost more money initially but less trouble and expense in the long run.

Works great but gets hot and stops vacuum sealing until it cools off. Constantly blows fuses. Reached out to get it warranted and they just send replacement parts. Even though I purchased the extra warranty.

Beginning to fail won’t correctly pull a vacuum after it’s used a few times and then has to be power cycled several times in order for unit to pull vacuum correctly.

I bought this machine with expectations that it would meet my needs. I called Customer Service. No call back. Went online to ask for Tech. assistance and was forwarded a video. I still could not get a seal after vacuum. I have been in contact with the service department and I am still On Hold “ !

Does not vacuum completely. Regular vacuum machine works better than vectors chamber sealer

The product arrived defective, and the customer service was just as disappointing. I received the unit with a loose internal power connection. During the first sealing cycle, the power shut off while the chamber was under maximum pressure. I contacted customer service, but they didn't know how to resolve the issue and told me to wait 48 hours for further assistance. A few days later, I received an email instructing me to "plug in the connection." The problem is that the connection is located inside the machine in a very tight space, making it difficult and unsafe for a customer to access. I don't think customers should be expected to open the unit and repair a brand-new product themselves. I requested a return because the product arrived defective, but instead of helping me, they closed my support ticket. I had heard many positive things about Vevor chamber vacuum sealers, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Based on my experience, I received a defective product and very poor customer service.

Absolute piece of garbage DO NOT BUY! Does not seal fish and they refuse to let me return it even though they have a 30 day return policy. We obviously know how to use a chamber sealer & tried every setting we could to get it to work. Lost a lot of fish from freezer burn & the money we spent to go ocean fishing to stock our freezer for the winter to feed our family. I’m on my 2nd week of Vevor asking us to try this & that to get it to work-IT DOESN'T WORK. After reading all the reviews please don’t waste your time like I did-shop elsewhere & save yourself many headaches. Might seem like a good price but not when it doesn’t work & you can’t get your money back for it.

Bad product. Cheap and doesn’t vacuum.

I would not recommend buying this machine. This is not a commercial grade machine. The machine worked great until it didn’t. I would have expected a commercial grade machine to last longer than 20 months of occasional use. We process and bag one cow, one pig, a few deer, and 30 chickens a year. This year we were able to bag 5 of the 30 chickens before the vacuum process just quit. No warning, just quit. My experience with Vevor is they just sell stuff. Vevor doesn’t have replacement parts or have the ability to give the information for you to find replacement parts. I’m going to spend the money and get a quality name brand machine from a company that will stand behind what they sell.
