Item didn't come with a plug on the cord and afyer putting one on it doesn't work. Not sure how to solve this problem and wish I knew ahead of time.

I filled it up very carefully and slowly, emptied all the oil you provided, but the pump oil level in the sight glass window is less than half full.
Would you please send me an additional oil bottle if possible.

I just unpacked the vacuum yesterday, and I haven't tried it yet. I've bought several products and almost everything arrived damaged.
If I pay for warranty, is it going to be replaced or should I
send back the first one? How long is going to be?
I ordered it when I needed it most, yet it comes damaged and it'll take longer to make it right..

It just didn't work, vevor was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue but in the end I think I just had a dud. They asked if I wanted another one or a refund, I received a full refund a few days later. No ill will against Vevor shit happens sometimes and I accept that.
