This product is easy to use and does a fantastic job at sealing different products ,is suitable for longer use

The machine works wonderfully, unfortunately the bags included (30 units I think) are insufficient and the most surprising thing is that VEVOR does not sell them directly or does not have them available for sale. This was disappointing. The price dropped a few days after ordering and paying for it; it seems like a joke but it is not.

Great item. However, after a year it started rusting at the top and inside the chamber. I purchased this item in June 2023.

The machine works great. My one annoyance with it is that there is no way to stop the vacuuming step and seal right away. This is annoying when dealing with liquids in bags. Idieally, you let it run until it starts boiling and then you trigger the seal right away. Instead, you either have a timer that is too long, and need to stop the vacuuming, change the settings and try again. Or you have too short which can leave more air in than is desirable. Most basic sous-vide packing machines let you press a button during the cycle to go to the SEAL step right away. In the case of this machine, it could be by pressing Start again. But nope :(

Great product for the price. Work well. The assembly of the pump was not done correctly. The pump was at 45 deg angle. After inspection , we have found a missing washer to hold the anti vibration correctly. We have loose everything and reperform the assy correctly and everything is fine. Inspect carefully before use. Be aware. I recommend this item.

Price is great works very well so far, have not used in production yet. Reason for low rating on the features is it did not come with the dual sealing function. Contacted customer service at first they had a lame response but after a little persistence they came back with a reasonable compensation. Very satisfied over all. Will and have purchased products from Vevor again.

Great machine once I got it working. Machine didn't work right out of the box. After unpacking and plugging it in , when I turn on power switch, nothing happened. I'm a tradesman, so I'm kinda handy with tools. I removed the back cover and tested the plug, switch and other connections. It wasn't until I noticed that a connection was loose in the front of the machine. Hard to see or reach. Once connection was made, machine ran without issues. Next day I packaged 35 packages of bacon. There was a little oil on the counter when finished. This is to be expected when running this machine that many cycles, so fast. We where pushing it hard. Machine worked flawless. I gave top marks in all categories, but took a star away overall because it didn't work out of the box. To vevor's credit, the customer service was very good. I did solve problem before they could pin point problem, but I had eyes on the situation, where they didn't. I have recommended this machine to all of my friends. Cheers Darren
