Mother board went out and vevor sent me a new one. Very easy customer service. Works great otherwise it wouldn't stop me from buying one.

I've been using vacuum sealers for years, but wanted something that would be a little more heavy duty and something that could handle liquids like soup and sauces. I researched many units before I chose the DZ-260C. It had most of the features of units costing 3 times more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was it would have been nice if the the sealing bar was in the front of the unit to allow vacuum sealing longer bags and it did not have any ports that would allow the use of external accessories like some of the more expensive units have and the fact that they don't sell spare parts. But given the fthat this chamber vacuum is a third the price I was willing to overlook it not having certain features and avaliable spare parts. All in all I have been very impressed and happy with this unit, it's well made and it appears to be of good quality. Only time will tell how well it holds up, but so far so good.

this would be 5 stars except for a few minor refinements. The power switch is pointless because it has a breaker switch. neither of the switches are in good areas so id remove the switch and move the breaker switch higher. the control panel could be moved higher as well. otherwise im very impressed with the price for what you get and the material quality is great. could be a home run if more thought was put into the assembly designs.

This unit performs as expected. I currently do short runs and haven't truly put it through its paces on doing a side of beef. So far so good.

Works great if you don't use the provided bags that come with the machine.

Seems to be a nice unit, but Vevor doesn't give you any detailed Instructions on how to use the settings. I have sealed some items and it seems like it can remove a little more air, but the pressure gauge goes all the way to maximum and it still seems like it could take some more air out. It doesn't seem like you can seal liquids like soup, etc. because it runs out before it seals. Vevor, please give us instructions on how to set and use the device. Otherwise it seems like it seals great.

This is a nice chamber vac sealer for a great price. I’ve used it to vacuum pack 100’s of pounds of beef, chicken and fish. After 2 years of use, the circuit board somehow failed but Vevor customer service shipped me a replacement circuit board a week later and I had it up and running again within 10 minutes. Amazing customer service. I use 8”x12” vacuum bags and they fit the chamber perfect.

Let me start with this is a great unit but could use a little redesign. If you're trying to put oil on it or view your site class you have to take the back panel off I think with a little bit of redesign and they turning the pump 90°, you can create a window on the side to view it. Maybe there's another unit out there but having one that you could literally put a full mason jar in an average size would be great also.

Love this machine, except when I screw up and I make a mess. The negative is cleaning up liquids in the machine is a headache. But absolutely love this machine besides that.
