While the AC seems OK-ish , the manual is really poor. No instructions on how to disassembly and clean the filter. No instructions or useful comments about how the water drain system is working.. really disappointed in manual's instructions. For such price it is a bit shocking

pas mal pour un petit studio, livré avant la date ce qui est top! par cette chaleur. Le rafraîchissement n'est pas rapide mais cohérent avec ces niveaux de puissance et la déshumidification est un plus. 2 petits bémols cependant: - l’unité extérieur ne semble pas être prévu pour supporter la pluie (donc abri nécessaire). - le raccordement entre les 2 module est très court. 50cm de plus aurai été bien pratique. Note : -le unité intérieur NÉCESSITE une évacuation des condensat : 1l évacué en 2h de fonctionnement. - l'unité intérieur a fait de la glace très vite lors de la première utilisation. Le problème semble avoir disparu en inclinant la dite unité de ~8° vers l’arrière.

It came malfunctioning. It was overheating and shut down after not even 10 min of operation. I needed it ASAP, no time for sending it back, so I opened it. Rear fan motor was not spinnning. It was bloked, hardly spinning by hand. It was an error while building it together. In the end i put fan elektromotor apart, install it back and now is operating OK. So ai will hqve to give you only 2 star review.

Acheter fin août pour partir en Espagne avec le camping-car. Je n'arrive pas à refroidir correctement l'intérieur, car l'appareil et l'échappement d'air chaud, réchauffe trop l'espace.

Gerät funktioniert nicht. 1.) Bei COOL Mode ist Fan Speed zwar einstellbar, aber trotzdem unter High Med, Low pustet es die Luft nur immer in einer gleichen Stärke raus. 2.) COOL Funktion geht nicht, es ist gibt keinen Temperaturunterschied zwischen 16 bis 32 Grad. 3.) Bei FAN Mode passiert gar nichts, kein Gebläse an. Das Gerät ist völlig kaputt.

I was really looking forward to this small AC unit and was hoping it would work for my truck camper . When I unboxed it, I knew something was broken internally, it sounded like a loose paint can inside of the AC unit. I read the labels on the side of the AC unit and it recommended to sit upright for two hours. after waiting, I plugged it in and the rear exhaust fan started making a loud noise till it just stopped and never spun again. out of the box this unit never worked and only blew hot air. Customer Service has not reached out to offer a replacement in (3) days. beware there is no Customer Service with this company it’s all automated.

J'ai reçu la clim, je l'ai installés et testée le jour même, en l'installant dans mon Van VW T4, et elle ne fonctionne pas, c a d que c'est un gros ventilateur qui brasse de l'air chaud............. un ventilateur a 519€ ca fait mal quelques part....... depuis je demande un remboursement un échange, bref une action, et on me balade depuis presque 1 mois...... donc comment vous dire que le site VEVOR, tout va bien, jusqu'au jour ou il y a un couac, et là il y a plus personne....... a bon entendeur....

Praticamente Arrivato guasto! La ventola aria calda gira e quella dell'aria fredda no! Dopo diverse email mi offrono un rimborso parziale per tenere il prodotto. Cosa dovrei farmene di un condizionatore portatile guasto? Anche i bambini sanno che questi prodotti non si riparano e non esistono pezzi di ricambio. e veramente inaccettabile. Oltre alla beffa il danno! Non Ho più tempo per acquistare un altro prodotto , devo partire per le vacanze , e adesso dovrò farne a meno!
