Nous avons reçu ce climatiseur en pleine canicule française comme beaucoup. Après avoir attendu les 24h demandés car le carton n'est clairement pas transporté comme il faut, la fonction climatisation ne produit absolument pas de froid...malgré une demande de prise en charge, cela semble moins rapide pour avoir une réponse de sav que pour prendre notre argent 😬

A réception ce climatiseur ne fonctionne pas. Il démarre sans problème mais aucun refroidissement avec le mode climatisation sélectionné. Evidemment très déçu compte tenu de la météo actuelle...

J'ai reçu aujourd'hui le climatiseur, j'étais content le livreur arrive déjà le colis couché alors que normalement bien écrit sur le carton laisser debout et après déballage de celui-ci j'installe tout correctement et dès la mise en route Un bruit anormal d'un ventilateur donc impossible de l'utiliser alors qu'il fait très chaud

Doesn’t work anymore and leaks, I contacted support and no response.
Seems like something burnt inside.
And it leaks even if it pas emptied and off .

Zachary Zanzinger Failure after two months
The capacitive touch panel on this unit failed after only two months. The silly thing cycles on and off by itself randomly, and when running randomly changes between cooling/dehumidifying/fanning modes.
Bummer because the unit seems well made otherwise. Will be buying only old-school units with rotary switches and mechanical thermostats from now on.

Bought this unit to keep humidity and temperature Down In the Woodshop worked great for 3 to 4 days went over one morning and would not do anything. Check power still not working. Been trying to deal with customer service to get it replaced so far all I have been offered is $120 for a $400 air conditioner that does not work unacceptable would not recommend buying
