We have purchased 2 if these units and the first unit came DOA with a E3 code. They wouldn't send me another unit until they recived the bad unit which we trashed the bixes so we had no way of sending it back and they wouldn't send me anything to send it back so we purchased a 2nd unit to use the box to return the damaged unit back. The 2nd unit has been working great until we trued to use an 30000 watt inverter to run it once we tried that an erworm code came up again E3 we cleared it and now we are seeing if all is good this morning 5-31-2026

The unit installed easily. Started the unit up, it seems to cool alright. The operation instruction is very vague. The remote will not connect to the ac unit. Currently have a ticket with customer service that is open. Don’t currently have a resolution. I have not been able to fined any useful information. The blower fan surges, speeds up and down I’m not sure if that is normal.

Pros: 1. They look nice and install was relatively easy. 2. Price Cons: 1. Very sub par performance. - I own a party bus company in Kansas and have several buses with 3 rooftop units powered by a diesel generator under the bus. These units put out about 50% of the air/cooling compared to the Advent units I have on a couple other buses. I have three of these units on one bus. The interior dimensions of it are roughly 8 ft wide x 32 ft long x 7 ft tall. At full blast on a 90 degree day, the inside of the bus will be 82 degrees. The windows are tinted and the bus is all white. Its only cool if you're standing directly underneath where the air blows out. 2. Settings being saved - I bought these because I was told that each time they were turned on (i.e. when I turn the generator on) that they were start and blow at the same temperature and fan speed as when they were turned off. They don't. If you have them on turbo mode (fan speed of 4), they will restart at auto fan speed, which will usually be setting 3. You have to hit the turbo button on each unit again to make them blow at speed 4. 3. Issues with the units bogging down - From the moment I installed them, one of the three units would like bog down and then rev up again over and over and over. 5 seconds running at full blast and then 5 second of it at like 20% power, then repeat. I've spent the last 3 weeks going back and forth with customer service trying to get a solution. It takes them days to respond and its been on me to have to do all the work and diagnosing. No offer of a refund or replacement. At this point I don't know if its fixed, or if its just not hot enough outside anymore to make it mess up so I might not know if the unit is faulty until next summer. The other two units have done the same thing several times, just not as long or often. Overall I'm really disappointed in these units. I wish I would have bought different ones. Maybe I need the 15k BTU units, but If they're only 10% better than these, then that still wont cut it.

It never shuts off, didn’t know that or I would’ve bought it, will not keep up with the heat, I’ve been trying for two weeks for customer assistance to help me and they just keep giving me the runaround, do not buy

I bought this A/C Unit for my 112 Sq. Foot Trailer. We had installed and tried to use it this weekend. It would never blow air cold enough to cool the trailer. It continuously blew cool air but never cool enough to make a difference. Very disappointed with this Item.

The heat from this unit works great but the cooling part is absolutely terrible the only time it will keep a trailer cool is at night time!

We paid almost 1100 dollars for this air conditioner in may. We had it installed first time we turned it on it made a grinding noise and has never worked. I have sent a lot of messages. You can’t call them it says no one is available to take your call. You have to text every time and to talk to a repairman you have to send them 5 dollars by credit card. Then at the bottom of the page it says you have to pay 65 dollars to join their club. I’ve asked them to send me a prepaid box so I can return the piece of junk. But I have not received it and I asked for my money back. Ive had 3 electricians here to check it. They sent pictures to do some stuff I know if you start taking things out it would mess with your warranty. I will never buy anything else from vevor. Two months and no service from them.

Installed unit on top of camper and applied power and the fan was blowing and varying the rpm, slowing down and speeding up does this constantly. Placed a service request for someone to call me and customer service says they are not able but tech support says to cut a capacitor loose and turn unit on and see what happens!!. Was going to buy 2 AC units but not now. Buyer beware. I will say one thing it is very Quiet on the outside
