We purchased the. A/c unit in August and it works perfectly for our needs. It was pretty easy to install and fit the old opening perfectly. Am very pleased with the purchase.

quality unit cools good

So far it has help up to the Texas summer without issues. Works great for the bedroom of our fifth wheel. It is very quiet as well.

Fits perfectly on to a thor palazzo 2015 and very quiet

Very easy to install and works as it should

Very easy to install. Went right into the hole where the old air conditioner was and the wiring hooked right up. Super quiet and way more efficient and colder than the old AC every place

Easy to install, I added more tape to separate the intake and outtake sides which really helped it work much better. Only issue I have is the old setup also controlled the furnace. Because this is a standalone unit I can no longer use my furnace until I can figure out how to re-wire it. Although I might not need the furnace with this heat pump it would be nice to have the option in the fall. Biggest plus with this is how quiet it is compared to the old unit.

It works very well I only had one problem it was the second day after we installed it the reversing valve had stuck in the heat mode not sure what caused it shut the system down pull the coil turn the system back on turn the system off put the coil back on and we haven't had an issue since

Bought this to replace a 2005 13.5btu unit on our hybrid trailer. The packing was impressive and the unit arrived undamaged. All needed parts were included. The quality of the build is impressive and comparable to dometic. Install was straightforward, I did have to run a 12v wire to the unit for the thermostat. Nice benefit I wasnt initially aware of, is the unit can also control your existing furnace if you so choose. Unit cools well, dehumidify is a nice feature, and it will still provide you some cooling if you are running on a smaller generator or extension cord. Overall I'm very impressed.
