Fairly quiet with the mufflers on, almost sounds like a dying duck without them. Compressor works as it should, has a small leak somewhere as it cycles without anything attached to it, about every 4 or 5 minutes. One of the guage faces…the glass part…rattles like mad while the unit is running. I think a bit of hot glue should fix it. Overall ok. Wish it was quieter…

Bought this compressor this spring to use around the farm, it’s been working great

This is quite a nice air compressor for the price. It's fairly quiet, though not silent. Most compressors in this class are 10 gallons. Having that extra 3 gallons is nice: it powers tools longer before needing to run the motor. It has two air outlets for convenience, although it comes with no accessories of any kind, not even one of those coiled hoses so common on inexpensive compressors. It is no larger than the 10 gallon models. The way they accomplished this by making the air tank practically touch the floor. It fills the tank from empty to full in 2 minutes 45 seconds. It would have been good if they had included some sort of plastic cover, or shield, for the compressor pistons, as they do get hot when the compressor is run. This is a basic, bur serviceable tool.

Arrived quickly and packaged well. Assembly was minimal and easy. It worked correctly when plugged in. I have not use it enough to rate anything long-term. Too early for 5-star decision.

Product is a great value for the price although a bit bulky if you have limited space. It is solid construction and easily compares to those from popular brands but for probably half the price. Best for small shop, and vertical design is great for storage, but its weight and size is not best suited for people such as roofing/flooring contractors frequently moving their tools. Customer service looks a bit awkward (chatbot) for older users as I am, but they always reply after a few hours (you get email notification) and will follow-up leaving the ticked opened until they find a solution for whichever issue you have (mine was related to the carrier). All in all, for stars for the product, but five for the service!!
