Device arrived broken and in hazardous state (cooling not working). Support is very poor, return policy seems not exists. expectation is that you have to fix it by yourself.

Philippe Colson Product werkt niet en Vevor weigert het wettelijk retourrecht van 14 dagen voor online- aankopen.

De luchtcompressor werkt niet. Gewoon “dealtje on arrival”. Bewijs aan Vevor geleverd maar die weigert het wettelijk retourrecht voor online aankopen te respecteren. Ze proberen echt alles: u moet het toestel reinigen?! , dan stellen ze voor onderdelen op te sturen opdat ik het toestel zelf zou herstellen, vervolgens dat ik 40% van de waarde zou terugkrijgen en het defecte toestel mag houden.
En dat terwijl ze op hun eigen website stellen dat je een toestel dat stuk bij aankomst is mag terugsturen binnen de 30 dagen en dat ze ook de terugzendkosten op zich nemen.
Laat u niet oplichten; Vevor levert slechte producten en levert totaal geen klantenservice.

Worked well for over a year, occasionally needs lubrication on the 'piston' but otherwise fine. After just over a year, however, the drive shaft broke... really a shame

Hat nach 8 Monaten den Geist aufgegeben und baut keinen Druck mehr auf. Beim Support gibt es keine Möglichkeit ein Defekt zu melden, der erst nach einiger Zeit in Nutzung auftritt.

Changed small tank only two times. That's it!
Malfunctioning, doesn't work. I have a three year protection plan, but instead of replacing or refunding VEVOR sent me video how to disassemble and assemble that compressor, clean and potentially fix........
Do they think that is why I payed extra for the three years of the protection plan???
