Poor instructions on how to "remove the vent sealant before use." Then was told that the "tech team" will contact me via email in two business days. How about just having the "tech team" do a proper manual? Not impressed thus far, hopefully the product is not this shoddy.

Works fine for the cost. However it has carburetor problems. Fuel doesn’t get into the engine fast enough so you only get 2 minutes of run time before it shuts off and you have to wait to restart. Now the needle valve in the carb sticks on slightly so you have to shut the fuel off between uses or it dumps the whole fuel tank into the engine and you are forced to change the oil. Reached out to vevor. And They never replied. Will probably have to swap out the carb for something brand name to fix the problem. Broke the pull chord the other day but that’s just cause it has 10x the usage as it’s supposed to.

Compactor was easy to assemble and start but did not work. Had to take it apart and determined the belt was not around the lower pulley.

Runs great for 5 minutes, then it shuts off. Let it sit for a minute and it starts back up for five minutes and dies. Oil is full, gas on, choke off

I purchased this plate compactor to do a small driveway and a small patio. Out of the box it looked promising. I put it together per the instructions and also put in the required amount of oil. Ten minutes after using it the engine locked up. I contacted supported which was non existent. After three days of no answer from support I bought a new engine to put on it. I took off the belt and found the clutch was jammed up against the crank case. No spacer at all. I made a spacer put it back together and it finally worked enough for me to finish my stone tamping. Buyer beware there is no warranty or support from VEVOR at all.

Not satisfied. The part came with a broken wheel. They made it difficult to get a new one. Lots of hoops to jump through.

Compactor doesn't vibrate anymore after 2 jobs It worked really well in the beginning but now it won't move foward and doesn't have the vibrating power to move at all

Waited almost 4 weeks for this machine and it died at the end of the first job. Oil level checked daily. Now spits oil from the exhaust. Extremely disappointed.

I bought the compactor and I found the box has shipping damage and the air filter was fully saturated and leaking engine oil, I try to starter the compactor and good luck, I bought a new air filter and finally the compactor start working, I run the machine for less than 5 minutes and the next day I want to tested again runs but I found a new issue the machine it's not vibrating, I removed the belt cover and I found the belt ripped, I contacted customer service and they said I'll be getting the new belt in 7 days, I'm already pass 10 days and still don't have the belt yet and customer service ask me for RATE, LOL, are guys serious? Anyways the belt came off because at the factory, it obvious they didn't aligned and tensioned the belt. Between the filter and the belt, I spend $60 for a brand new machine and I don't know what to expect after a month, I'm heavy duty mechanic and that's why I can fix it and said what's wrong with the little compactor.

J' ai reçu le compacteur dans une boîte don j' imagine un transport très dificil car la boîte était tout perforé déchirer etc en plus de être imbibé huile Après le déballage j' ai constater tout le styromousse de protection était brisé en plus tout le compacteur imbibé huile Ça m'a pris près de 3 heures pour tout nettoyer J' ai contacter le service a la clientèle a deux reprises pour savoir d'où venait cette huile et j' ai toujours pas u de retour de Vevor après 5 jours en date d aujourd'hui en plus pour la démarrer sait très compliquées pourtant je pocede 5 petit moteur différents en plus d être moi même mécanicien donc je crois savoir comment les démarré un coup démarrer ça fonctionne assez bien après seulement 2 heures utilisation Mais le conseil que je donne est le suivant ne pas ce fier au service a la clientèle je suis pas le premier a le dire après 2 tentative aucun retour et pour le compacteur l' achat est a vos risque et péril si je devais recomancer je n' achèterait pas ce compacteur
