What a game changer in moving my father around from other areas of the house into the washroom as it fits through a normal door quite easily with the wheels whereas a wheel chair is too wide. Easy to transfer him from the bed onto the chair as wheels lock on all four casters quite well. Only two down sides, one is my father needs a bit more height adjust as the foot pedals force his knees to be bent too much for his leg length and 2 I wish the catch basin under the commode chair had a side pull out rather then the rear

We reviewed several products by ourselves and then had our selection re-assessed by the nursing/caring staff of our memory care facility where my wife and I reside, - she as patient and I as her guardian/resident. We tested models currently in use at this facility and found several design features very important for current and potentially future requirements - equipment height adjustment - open front of seat for easy vaginal access - independently adjustable height for the seat and footrests - foldaway armrests - removable footrests - easily cleanable quick removably inert cushioned seat and arm supports - overall stability and hospital conforming lockable wheels. Personally, I, as her husband/ guardian would want this equipment when my time comes, - the nursing/caring staff find it is quickly adjustable for the different physical female and male requirements. This one really panned out for us.
