Will not be doing business with vevor. This is the first purchase that the product came shipped defective.. WILL NOT TURN ON. Tried 2 new sets of batteries. One works one doesnt. VEVOR offer me $32.00 for the "inconvenience" WTF I payed $119.00 for the set... I do not want 32 bucks I want a working wrench thats why i ordered them... BUYER BE WARE FIRST TIME WITH ISSUE AND RETURN POLICY IS A JOKE>

Not sure if it's my unit but when I install the batteries and turn it on it displays all the lights and numbers but doesn't do anything. Theb I have to turn it off and turn back on for it to properly work. Kind of difficult to see in very bright areas like outside. At first it's hard to set the measurements, you need to read manual, once you somewhat know what your doing you remember the steps on yo set measurements and torque specs. Accuracy? Not sure because when you tighten it, then losing it, it reads differently. I like that it comes with a hard case. The function of it lighting up and buzzing is great. But I probably prefer the click type. Imo.

I have to say no instruction and a pain in the ass to setup !

I do not feel that "positive" click or audible tone when set value is reached! I am bit confused to trust to this torque wrenches working on important or sensitive areas of vehicles.

Battery cap is thin and overhangs the body. Breaking it will cause the unit to possibly not work as it hold the battery connection. It’s slightly more bulky than name brands too. Might return meed to test accuracy.

Great price for this torque wrench with coupon it was $60.00 but as I placed batteries in it the digital readout it turned on for less than 3 minutes then died. I tested the (3) AA and used new batteries all testing 1.+ with a volt meter, but the digital component never worked. I sent Vevor a video and they refunded me the $60.00 and donated the wrench to Habitad.Restore

I did not receive this product, when contacting customer service a robot wrote back 2 times indicating that my package was delivered. As you can see my door has a ring doorbell camera, and have a lot of stains around where the trashcan goes. In this specific apartment abbey haus, there are two main entrances. We have a sub complex with buildings one through six. And then we have our main complex which has all the buildings. This apartment has two building number two.. all the way one through six. In addition to this door, not being mine., I have pictures attached explaining why there’s two entrances for my apartment. Whoever delivered my package just got to the location and took whatever entrance they wanted to and dropped it at the wrong location the wrong building number two. I wish I could upload more pictures. I have pictures of building two on the main entrance side. ( 19365 wilke Ln) but in the sub complex (1101 abbeyglen castle ,-my complex location) this apartment has a north and a south side, long story short I wish I could talk to someone in the customer service department not just a robot, I’ve tried to call customer service number, and there’s no way to get a hold of vevor for the refund and explanation, would’ve been willing to give pictures over email on all the details since I did not get my product but this product was not delivered to the right location and it’s frustrating, the same thing happened with Amazon last year my crockpot was stolen because people couldn’t read “1101 abbeyglen castle drive- abbey haus” which is what I have on my profile. Not “19365 wilke Ln-abbey haus” these are the same apartments just in the main entrance and sub complex. If I don’t get a refund, I’m never buying a vevor product again. This is unacceptable. Once I receive my refund, I will erase my review for now. Arguing with a robot about how my package was delivered as a waste of time .one star.
