I bought this roof rack for a 2015 Dodge Durango for a beach trip for my wife, 3 kids and two more famiuly members. The rack is very sturdy. The Cargo Bag kept everything dry after they traveled thru very heavy rain storms. I bought a small step stool so my wife and her sister could reach everything easily and strap everything down.

After careful consideration and taking the time to check each piece, I have noticed that the rack that you sent me is not that of the one that was in the picture of what I ordered the brackets are entirely different and do not fit the rack on my Subaru the braces do not fit, according to the cross bars of the top of our Subaru

Very disappointed with the quality. The roof rack arrived scratched, with poorly aligned welds, and the extension joints have excessive play. The most concerning issue is that the rack bends noticeably with only about 5 kg of weight, which makes me seriously question its structural stability and safety. Unfortunately, the product I received does not match the quality or durability I expected from VEVOR.
