I received a damaged item due to a delivery issue. Customer service helped me and gave me a full refund. I wouldn't hesitate to order this item again, knowing that Vevor honors its return and refund policy. J'ai reçu un article endommagé suite à un problème de livraison. Ne fonctionne pas

Voilà deux heures que la batterie est branchée sur le secteur. Il se passe rien j’ai même retenter presque deux heures dans une autre maison remettant en cause l’installation électrique mais la batterie ne charge pas.

I purchased a 2400W power station from VEVOR EUR and it arrived not working properly. I have been contacting customer support every day for over 72 hours and each time I am told to wait another 1-2 days with no actual resolution. The support team is evasive and refuses to authorise a refund despite the product being clearly faulty. Under Portuguese and EU consumer law I am entitled to a full refund, but VEVOR seems to hope I will just give up. This appears to be a common pattern with VEVOR, as other Portuguese customers report the same experience: faulty machines, evasive support, and insulting partial refund offers instead of proper solutions . I would strongly advise other buyers to be cautious when purchasing expensive items from VEVOR. The products may look like good value, but if something goes wrong, do not expect the support team to honour the warranty or provide a timely resolution.

​I didn't believe the previous review for this device and hoped that Vevor had fixed the issue. However, mine arrived broken as well. The batteries were likely completely drained while stored in the Vevor warehouse. The device won't even turn on after 24 hours of charging. Vevor support was always quick to help in the past, but now I haven't heard back from them in 5 days. I'll see how it turns out, but either way, I don't recommend buying anything more expensive from Vevor. You're better off ordering from AliExpress or anywhere else that guarantees the items actually work. Vevor doesn't do that.

L'article ne fonctionne pas... La batterie ne charge pas... Ni sur secteur... Ni sur panneaux solaires.. J'ai posé une réclamation sur le site Vevor... Pris en considération....aucune réponse au bout de une semaine.... Je suis très déçu

Mine is Not working. It acts like the battery is not attached. It looks like it is working when it is plugged in. It shuts down as soon as I unplug it. The power buttons do nothing without it plugged into the wall.
