Aucune assistance client depuis plusieurs semaines Très déçu(e) de mon expérience. Le produit nécessite un remboursement ou un échange, mais malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse du service client depuis plusieurs semaines. Aucun suivi, aucune solution proposée. C'est inadmissible pour une marque qui se veut professionnelle. Je ne recommande pas tant que ce niveau de service après-vente ne sera pas amélioré.

I tested out this 1800W Portable Power Station Solar Generator, 1008Wh LiFePO4 Battery Backup because I live in an area with frequent hurricanes so I wanted something with portability but a decent amount of power. Well the portability of this unit is about the only thing I found great. It was definitely smaller than I expected for $450.00. Maybe for some, $450 is a drop in the bucket, but for me, its expensive. It struggled to run alot of equipment and definitely wont run a portable AC unit. It took over 6 hours to recharge from 50% on AC power on 3 separate tests. When plugged into house AC power, the unit displayed over 600 watts of incoming power yet Vevor's own 300 watt solar panel(MAX), it NEVER peaked above 140 watts in full sunlight(no clouds), also returning it. Meaning on solar, it would take almost a week or two to get it back to 100%. That is unsatisfactory.

Muy descontenta. Comprada hace un mes y no funciona. He escrito al servicio técnico porque la uso a diario para mí trabajo como veterinaria itinerante. Me han enviado decenas de emails sin resolver nada. Para colmo, es evidente que no siquiera han leído las respuestas que les he mandado. Ahora mismo no puedo trabajar, estoy perdiendo dinero y el servicio técnico no me da ninguna solución. En su última respuesta me proponen un rembolso parcial del producto (No total), a pesar del dinero que la avería me he ha hecho perder. Me parece indignante. Muy decepcionada con el servicio post venta y encima costó casi 500€. Vergonzoso

De eerste die ik kocht heeft het nooit gedaan. Ik kreeg eerst een aanbod 150€ of een nieuwe. Uiteraard wilde ik een nieuwe, want hij heeft nooit gewerkt. Na een maand kreeg ik een nieuwe, maar de goedkope knopjes laten nu al los. Ik zet hem nu aan met de achterkant van een vork. Slechte kwaliteit en de klantenservice heeft geen verstand van het product

Je ne peux pas évaluer cette station. A ce jour, je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu malgré mes messages, mes demandes d’explications, à ce jour, je n’ai pas de retour construit et constructif. Par contre il a bien été facturé et encaissé. Pas de service client clair et efficace. Il m’on répondu de voir avec le livreur sans me donner leurs coordonnées. J’achète régulièrement sur Vevor. Je suis déçu de cette situation. Obligé de mettre une étoile pour pouvoir mettre un commentaire. Autrement, il n’y en aurait pas.
